Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads—no cold calling required. Your primary focus will be to convert these opportunities into successful sales while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with top, professional, and well-known clients, showcasing your excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell company products through engaging and professional communication.
- Manage and respond promptly to warm leads generated through marketing and client inquiries.
- Speak with clients and customers over the phone with impeccable phone manners.
- Compose well-written emails to maintain a professional image and build rapport.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop skills within the sales field.
- Gain knowledge of company products to effectively answer client queries.
- Maintain professionalism throughout all tasks and interactions.
Qualifications:
- No formal qualifications required—we value passion, motivation, and dedication more than academic credentials.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong written communication abilities, especially in composing professional emails.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
