We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Architect to work with State Government Department - 5 months contract.
**Essential Skills**:
- Demonstrated experience in creation of Service transition artefacts including Service Mapping, Service Definition, Service Support Agreement & other documentation and working with internal Transition Advisory Board to ensure services are fully transitioned with mínimal disruption.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to endorse and agreed service delivery model.
- Good understanding of Service Management principles.
- Experienced in Service Definition including service description, support model and KPIs around service delivery.
- Experienced in Service Design highlighting the upstream and downstream impact.
- Experience in eliciting questions that may impact the mapping or definition or any deliverable for the project.
- Support on-time project delivery by quality service artefacts and engagement ahead of project delivery to support.
- Experienced in managing service transition activities and formulating operational checklists.
- Able to achieve assigned tasks within tight timeframes.
- Able to identify communication and engagement gaps and to fill those gaps to streamline delivery of service value chains.
- Takes ownership of compliance with project and business processes and consultation with all relevant parties.
- Provide service coordination and assistance with required governance bodies.
**Nice to have skills**:
- Previous experience working as a Service Architect or a Service Transition Manager
