My client, A Global Renewable Energy solutions provider is looking for a driven Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen its presence in the residential solar & battery segment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys building market share, and is passionate about contributing to Australia's energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to build, qualify, and grow a strong sales pipeline.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while driving consistent revenue growth.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities with distributors, retailers, and installer partners.
* Conduct regular follow-ups, visits, and technical-commercial discussions with channel partners.
* Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with customer requirements.
* Prepare timely updates and performance reports for management.
Job Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales or business development within Australia's residential solar & battery market.
* Strong track record of achieving targets and growing channel partnerships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
