An expanding modern accounting practice, is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their Business Services and Tax team.
About the Opportunity:
This growing firm, is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to bolster their Business Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience within an Australian accounting firm, coupled with CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients
* Preparations of IAS & BAS
* Preparation of financial statements and tax returns, Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations
* Advisory services with client contact from the start (if senior)
* Liaison with the ATO
* Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records
* Excellent client relationship and rapport-building skills or wanting to learn
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
* CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete.
* Proven experience in an Australian accounting firm
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
