Job Description
The position of Electrophysiology Manager is to lead the day-to-day activities of a clinical team, driving clinical excellence through developing and coaching specialists.
The role requires collaboration with commercial leaders to ensure effective case coverage across a region based on customer needs.
This includes working closely with Territory Managers and other commercial leaders to achieve alignment between online training courses and in-field coaching.
* Provide clinical support and guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.
* Develop and maintain technical knowledge of electrophysiology products.
* Support the development of a collaborative team environment.
