This is a key role supporting our medical staff and clinical leaders by coordinating recruitment, placements, rostering, orientation, credentialing and overall workforce operations. Working closely with medical staff, locum agencies and internal teams, the role maintains accurate workforce data, supports credentialing requirements and helps ensure a positive and efficient experience for all medical staff. It's a busy, varied role that contributes directly to the effective operation of the Medical Workforce Unit.**The team:**The Medical Workforce Unit is a dynamic, supportive team responsible for recruitment, placement, rostering, training coordination, credentialing and welfare of BRHS medical staff.
