We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Midwife Educator to drive excellence in our maternity services.
This role involves providing clinical training, supporting Graduate Midwives, and fostering a high-quality care environment.
* Providing expert guidance on midwifery best practices
* Mentoring Graduate Midwives to enhance their skills and confidence

Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered midwife with AHPRA registration required
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The selected candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals. They should also possess exceptional leadership qualities.
