The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced QA UHT Production Lead to lead food safety, quality assurance and compliance across our UHT production function at our Shepparton site. Reporting to the Quality Systems Lead, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring products, processes and systems consistently meet regulatory, customer and internal standards, while strengthening food safety culture across site. Lead and mentor the UHT Quality team, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions Investigate product and process deviations, determining product disposition and protecting brand integrity Ensure compliance with HACCP plans, CCPs, prerequisite programs and GMP standards Participate in validation, verification and line trial activities Drive customer complaint investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Support audit programs, document control and non-conformance management Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Systems and site leadership Provide backup support to the Quality Systems Lead as required What you’ll bring Diploma (minimum) in Food Science, Engineering or related discipline Strong experience in FMCG manufacturing, ideally UHT or dairy Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and build accountable teams High-level knowledge of food safety, HACCP and quality systems Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously Why Noumi?
