The Role
* Support lead agent in identifying and qualifying buyers and sellers
* Assist with property viewings, meetings, and negotiations
* Maintain client and prospect relationships
* Monitor market trends and property values
* Contribute to marketing content and listings
* Coordinate showings, open homes, and launch events
* Deliver high-level customer service throughout transactions
The Candidate
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Minimum 6-12 months prior experience in residential sales
* Immaculate presentation
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license & vehicle
