**The Role**
- Manage Stakeholder expectations about the on-going project
- Ensure organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments whilst developing and delivering effective change plans
- Manage and implement change activities for the CRM project to support the project manager and ensure successful implementation
- Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess change impacts to ensure the transformation strategy and transition planning meet objectives
**Your Profile**
- Demonstrated experience in supporting change initiaitives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- High levels of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior business
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience and capacity to influence significant organisational change and improvements
