We are seeking dedicated and compassionate NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role:
As an NDIS Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting participants with daily living activities, supporting community engagement and social participation, and helping with personal care and household tasks.
You will also develop and implement individualised support plans, promote independence and well-being, and deliver high-intensity support to participants with complex needs.
Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with NDIS standards is crucial in this role.
You will work in Supported Independent Living homes and Short Term Accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist participants with daily living activities
* Support community engagement and social participation
* Help with personal care and household tasks
* Develop and implement individualised support plans
* Promote independence and well-being
* D deliver high-intensity support to participants with complex needs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in disability support (preferred)
* Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or higher) or working towards
* Working with Children check, Police check, CPR, first aid, comprehensive insurance, medication administration certificate, NDIS modules
