Identity and Access Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM controls and governance programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IAM control and governance programs. They will also collaborate with IT and business teams to strengthen internal controls, support audits, address control gaps, and enhance the organization's security posture.
This role requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in risk management, controls assessment, or cybersecurity governance, including 5 years in IAM. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, build, and deployment of IAM controls and governance programs that meet enterprise security standards.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and other IT teams to align strategies and projects with business objectives.
* Oversee the implementation of changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs.
* Analyze security risks and implement improvements.
* Assess and respond to complex issues requiring management intervention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management, controls assessment, or cybersecurity governance.
* At least 5 years of experience in IAM.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
* Supervisory experience preferred.
* Proficiency in assessing and testing IT and cybersecurity controls using frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
