This is not your average front desk role. You'll be the glue that holds the studio together. From ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to driving lead conversions and supporting marketing campaigns, your impact will be felt at every level of the business.You’ll be the first face our clients see and the last voice they hear, ensuring each touchpoint is professional, uplifting, and consistent with the Function PCP experience.Why This Role Is Important:You'll shape first impressions, guide clients through their wellness journey, and play a vital part in our client retention, revenue growth, and community reputation. Whether you're turning a new enquiry into a loyal member or keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, your work will directly influence how we deliver care and how far we can go.
