Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Great communication skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
* Strong organisation and multitasking – you're someone who keeps things on track.
* A team-first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with employers, colleagues, and community partners.
* Experience in customer service, recruitment, employment services, or community support.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
