About the role
MSS Security is seeking casual retail Security Officers to represent our brand at Stockland, Rockhampton.
You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine patrols and on-site inspections to uphold safety standards.
Deliver a strong, visible deterrent against theft and antisocial behaviour.
Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and elevate when needed.
Collaborate confidently with team members and site personnel.
Maintain accurate reports, logs, and complete basic digital documentation.
Requirements
Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control).
Certificate II or above in Security Operations.
Full QLD Driver's Licence (No restrictions).
Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (Willing to obtain).
Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (Highly Desirable).
