Ready to architect the future of energy in Australia? We're looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our high-performing Technology and Development team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, this role is integral to driving business growth and enhancing our award-winning customer experience through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Consult with business leaders and analysts to design technology solutions that align with our strategic goals, paying close attention to user experience, integration (especially cloud-based), data structure, security, and compliance.
* Lead business process design to enable the organization to leverage new technologies, fostering innovation and organizational change.
* Perform project assurance to validate architecture implementation and provide expertise in solving complex business application inquiries and issues.
* Act as a key liaison, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external third-party service providers to facilitate system selection and optimize performance.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying ways to maximize efficiencies and enhance the customer experience while contributing to our library of reusable architecture assets.
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Technical, Business, or Information discipline).
* Proven experience with an Enterprise Architecture Framework, ideally TOGAF.
* Minimum 5-6 years of commercial experience in a similar Solutions Architect role.
* Strong expertise in business and application architecture, with a significant focus on cloud solutions and integration.
* Working knowledge of the Australian energy market, including retailing, services, structure, and upcoming reforms.
* Exceptional ability to design, document, and confidently communicate complex architectural solutions to both technical and business audiences.
