About the Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new equipment sales of JCB equipment within your territory while delivering outstanding service to existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed new equipment sales targets in your territory
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from initial contact through to machine delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers
- Facilitate product demonstrations and coordinate local marketing activities
- Represent CEA at trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums
- Prepare and submit sales-related paperwork efficiently to internal departments
- Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
- Keep the customer database up-to-date with contacts, quotes, and feedback
- Support the Sales Manager with tenders and key account activities
About You
We’re seeking a confident, proactive, and customer-focused sales professional who can own and grow a territory. To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience in territory or field sales management
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills
- Knowledge of construction or capital equipment industry preferred
- Familiarity with competitor products and market pricing
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Competency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
- A cooperative mindset with a focus on long-term customer success
