Vital to the continuousimprovement of our services, you will assess resident's needsand preferences to develop appropriate one-on-one or groupprograms, assist in the development and delivery of group andindividual therapies and note changes in resident'swell-being and advise staff ofthese.

Therole and you:
* Assist inthe implementation of therapy programs including group andindividual activities.
* Assistinassesingresident's needs and preferences andhelp develop appropriate programs in relation to theindividual.
* Supervisevolunteers who are assisting with theprogram.
* Completedocumentation and reporting in relation to therole.
* Communicatewith Allied Health and Clinical teams on the outcome ofprograms for the residents.
About you:
* Previous,demonstrated experience working in Residential AgedCare.
* Ability towork autonomously and with a multidisciplinaryteam.
* Proactivewith a positive 'get up and go!'attitude.
* Flexiblewith start and finish times.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonalskills.
* Ability torelate to the elderly with empathy and understand theirneeds.
* Demonstrateflexible decision making and advanced problem solvingskills.
* Excellenttime management and organisational skills to effectivelyplan and prioritise work tasks.
* Enjoybuilding positive relationships with residents, theirfamilies and staff.
