You Will:
* Deliver accredited training programs in line with endorsed packages and RTO standards, including Polyethylene welding (Butt, Electrofusion, Extrusion)
* Resolve participant grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Conduct QA/QC inspections and provide feedback to ensure trainees meet industry standards.
* Perform other duties as required by company policies and procedures.
* Travel to other eastern states as required to deliver training and support operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Relevant trade qualification. Trade qualification in Plumbing is an advantage.
* Holds a certificate IV in Training/Assessment
* Butt and/or Electrofusion Welding Certificate
* Current Driver's license
* Experience and skills in butt, electrofusion, and extrusion welding
* Experience in coaching and conducting QA/QC inspection
* Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and engage well with a diverse range of individuals and groups
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
* Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening
