Child Health Specialist Job
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide primary health care with an emphasis on child health.
* To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate eligibility for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* In addition, a certificate in Family and Child Health or equivalent is required.
* The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commitment to applying primary health care principles and a community development approach to child health nursing practice.
* Familiarity with cultural factors and social determinants particularly relating to Aboriginal health is also essential.
The selected applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary health care services with a focus on child health.
