Your new role
As a Procurement Manager, you will:
* Lead the development, implementation, and agreements for a diverse range of services.
* Understand business needs to determine procurement planning and sourcing decisions.
* Engage with suppliers to negotiate and deliver value-for-money procurement outcomes.
* Manage contract performance and provide expert advice to senior managers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Lead RFI/RFP processes and draft related documentation.
* Exercise independent judgment and advanced problem-solving skills.
* Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as directed by your leader.
What you'll need to succeed
* Solid supplier engagement experience.
* Experience in managing, monitoring, and reporting on contract performance.
* Ability to provide expert advice to influence strategic plans and decision-making.
* Strong relationship management skills to develop and maintain networks with key stakeholders.
* Proficiency in leading RFI/RFP processes and drafting related documentation.
* Independent judgment and advanced problem-solving skills.
* Desirable: Legal contract review experience.
