The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our gaming operations, including managing staff, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

* Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
* Manage day-to-day gaming operations, including cash handling and security procedures
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to gaming, liquor licensing, and occupational health and safety
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as RSA and RSG
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or in a related industry
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
