**Property Network of Australia **is looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to take on the a position as Marketing Manager for a Canberra based Shopping Centre.
You may currently work for a Shopping Centre in a similar capacity and be looking to take the next step in your marketing career. Hands-on Digital marketing skills and strategic marketing campaign experience are essential.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for executing the marketing strategy, working in conjunction with the centre management team and Head of Marketing
- Brand strategy and people management is also crucial
- Digital Campaign development and execution
- Develop and deliver sales-focussed relationships with all retailers, to ensure all opportunities to maximise return to the owner are explored;
- Ensure strong financial management is conducted to the highest standard.
- Carry out strategic Marketing analysis
- Planning and Budget Management
- Implementation of marketing strategy in line with centre direction
- Campaign evaluation
**Experience**
- on skills and a whether or not you have worked in a shopping centre environment before you will be fully aware and excited about the challenge of working a fast-paced dynamic industry.**
- Experience in marketing within a property-related discipline, preferably shopping centres or working for a leading retail brand or similar is preferred;
- Strong digital marketing skills;
- Good communicator both verbal and written
- Demonstrated financial management skills;
- A leader who can work autonomously, but also be a team player who can collaborate and take direction.
