Monadelphous' Maintenance & Industrial Service division provides support in the management and execution of construction, maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. Our delivery of high-quality work within the mining sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry's leading operators. Our Mining & Minerals North West team is currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide administration support to the Maintenance & Industrial Services contracts function.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and collate KPI data across multiple projects and client contracts

* Develop collaborative relationships with various internal stakeholders

* Timely compilation and finalisation of reports and presentations

* Support the contract team with administration and housekeeping tasks

* Support the tender team with tender submissions and housekeeping tasks

* Maintain key registers

* Working collaboratively with the team

* Providing timely advice or escalation on potential risks

What you'll bring:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position within the industry

* Sound proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Previous experience working in a similar position within the resources sector is advantageous

* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills for a diverse and challenging workload
