About the Role
* Serve as the first point of contact for all HR generalist queries, providing expert advice and guidance.
* Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop talent, focusing on employee relations, training, change management, and projects.
* Lead the Australian graduate program, designing and delivering initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
* Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* An impressive background in HR generalist roles, with extensive knowledge of Australian employment laws.
* Experience in talent acquisition and development, preferably in an HR generalist capacity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* A strategic thinker, capable of analyzing complex issues and developing innovative solutions.
