Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and work hands-on with the despatch team
* Load and unload trucks as required
* Manage inward and outward goods
* Coordinate daily despatch schedules and truck movements
* Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment
* Prioritise daily workflow to meet strict deadlines
* Monitor stock movement and oversee inventory processes
* Ensure all WHS policies and procedures are followed
* Motivate, support, and guide a small warehouse/factory team
* Assist with general logistics tasks when required
Your Profile
Skills & Experience Required
* Current forklift licence (essential)
* Current driver's licence (preferred)
* Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or FMCG environments
* Comfortable with manual handling (15–20kg)
* Experience leading or supervising small teams
* Strong communication, organisation, and time‐management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise urgent tasks
* Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
* Basic computer literacy and experience with despatch/inventory systems (approx. 5–10% admin)
