- Coach & develop the team through constructive & effective feedback with the aim to improve employee knowledge, performance & reduce staff turnover.
- Participate in and coordinate innovation activities relating to operations & service practices to improve the customer & employee experience.
- Lead by example through superior customer service, positive & effective communication & productivity.
- Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques to resolve staff and customer grievances in an efficient manner ensuring a positive business outcome is achieved.
- Work well under pressure with the ability to multi task.
- Efficiently & effectively report on customer and employee related incidents.
Do you have
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Sound knowledge and experience in hospitality
- Leadership & management experience
- Current qualifications - RSA, RSG, Approved Managers License & RMLV.
- A Police Check
