We seek self-starting, enthusiastic applicants with McDonald's Experience with a Diploma or higher (or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu) to join our team as a full-time Restaurant Manager.
This opportunity is at Kanku Pty Ltd, which owns and runs McDonald's Rockingham, Woodbridge, Baldivis, North Baldivis, Kwinana Fwy North / South and Secret Harbour.

The successful Applicant will be responsible for the restaurant's overall profitability, sales, and operations. This will include driving outstanding operations, training assistant managers/supervisors, delivering system-based initiatives, complying with safety standards that include investigation and taking corrective action to ensure a safe environment, and being accountable for all decisions and results achieved.
Promotion within is the mainstay of McDonald's, with opportunities for the right people to continue to climb the development ladder. We need the Applicant to be an exceptional Trainer and have high People Skills.
Applicants must be prepared to work in a Team Environment, where success is measured by the outcomes delivered by teamwork and training.
Experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required including 1-year experience in a management position within a McDonald's operation.
Qualifications
• Diploma in management or higher qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu; and
• Completion of McDonald's Leading Great Restaurants Course or equivalent.
• Completion of one or more of the Department Streams Course or equivalent, including post-class action plan
Examples of outcomes achieved in your teams, including managing staff, profit and loss and customer recovery, are highly recommended.
The successful Applicant must hold a valid work visa or be an Australian Resident.
Packages $80,860 based on the Fast-Food Award with allowances for experience + Bonuses when business goals are met or exceeded.
