**About the Role**:
Are you an exceptional leader with a proven track record in healthcare billing, claims management and debt recovery? The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Hospital Billing, Claiming and Debt Recovery operations.

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring the efficient and accurate billing, claiming and debt recovery processes for our healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:
- lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture
- oversee the accurate and timely processing of hospital billing, claims and debt recovery activities
- implement and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure data integrity and compliance
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies
- analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
- provide expert guidance and support to staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
