The Shutdown Planner manages the planning, coordination and execution of facilities shutdown/configuration change activities in support of planned maintenance and/or construction project works. This position plays an integral role within a diverse and complex work environment and is a key advisor of the Project, O&M and customer teams across the Program Site.
About the Role
As a Shutdown Planner, you will:
* Lead the development, review and update of configuration and procedural documentation.
* Plan, coordinate, and administer tasks in support of critical infrastructure configuration change
* Prepare, develop, update and manage documentation relevant to facility standard configuration
* Review and provide technical advice on proposed changes to facility infrastructure and systems, from general concepts through to detailed IFC designs.
* Support stakeholder engagement, communication and requirement definition
* Develop and implement change management practices for critical infrastructure
* Support the integration, coordination, compilation and communication of technical information, recommendations and advice relevant to facility infrastructure, systems and equipment
* Provide technical recommendations, input, direction and advice on facilities system, infrastructure and equipment reliability, operation, maintenance and life-cycle management
* Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements

Qualifications:
· Certificate IV, Electrical / HVAC Trades Certificate or equivalent
· Driver's License
