This is a senior Technical Project Manager role leading large-scale telecommunications transformation programs. The focus is on delivering complex network initiatives from design through to implementation. This is transformation based work, not BAU or maintenance. You will manage cross-functional delivery across OSS and network domains, working with architects, engineers, and technical teams to ensure solutions are executed effectively and on schedule. This role is for someone with experience navigating complex programs, influencing multiple teams without direct authority, and driving outcomes at a senior level. Rate: $727 p/d super Contract: 8 month duration Location: NSW, 2113 Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale telecommunications transformation programs Translate network architecture and solution designs into structured delivery plans Manage complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, and business teams Drive timelines, dependencies, and critical milestones across the full delivery lifecycle Oversee implementation across OSS and network domains to ensure alignment with design intent Engage senior stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes Identify and mitigate risks across technical and operational workstreams Support presales and solution alignment activities where required Promote best practice delivery approaches across Agile and DevOps environments Requirements Proven senior experience delivering large-scale network transformation programs or OSS/BSS implementation projects Exposure to telecommunications operators or network vendors in a delivery or program management capacity Expertise in at least one of OSS/BSS, 5G/LTE, LTE, or network architecture Comfortable managing delivery across multiple technical teams without direct reporting lines Experience leading transformation programs rather than BAU or maintenance projects Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence teams and drive delivery at a senior level Benefits Opportunity to work on high-impact network transformation initiatives Exposure to cutting-edge telecommunications programs and large-scale delivery Collaborative environment with experienced architects and engineering teams Hybrid working model with flexibility Sound like you?
