Requirements:
* Education and Qualifications: Recognised Enrolled Nurse qualifications and current AHPRA registration;
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' relevant nursing experience, including mental health support;
* Skills and Abilities: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical withdrawal management guidelines, strong skills in triage, clinical assessment, decision-making, and crisis response;
* Personal Qualities: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals experiencing complex and challenging behaviours, willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
