Talent Acquisition Strategist APJ
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at HiBob.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with the business, own end-to-end hiring processes, and shape our employer brand across APJ.
* 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) recruiting for a fast-growing, globally recognised SaaS company.
* Demonstrable on-site/internal recruiting experience within high-growth or fast-scaling environments, ideally in the tech or SaaS space.
* Creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
* Full-cycle / end-to-end recruiting experience.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple requisitions/roles.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment and HRTech tools.
* Deep understanding of the APJ talent landscape.
* Exceptional client-focus and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Champion an exceptional candidate experience.
* Strengthen our employer brand in the APJ region.
* Share market insights and track progress.
* Search and headhunt top talent using various tools and techniques.
* Represent our brand externally.
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
* Provide insights to stakeholders on the market.
* Collaborate with the team to design innovative recruiting campaigns.
