We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position working in our Corporate Head Office in Somersby.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in delivering a positive experience for new employees joining the organisation.

In this role, you will provide general administrative support while playing a key role in coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring everything is prepared and ready for their first day.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support across the business

* Coordinate and manage new employee onboarding processes

* Ensure desks, computers, and equipment are prepared prior to employee start dates

* Arrange system access, logins, and required permissions for new staff

* Liaise with IT and relevant departments to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed

* Maintain onboarding checklists and documentation

* Work closely with senior management to support operational needs

* Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal communications as required


About You

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

* Comfortable working with systems and coordinating access or setup requirements

* Professional, reliable, and proactive

* Experience in administration, HR support, or office coordination is highly regarded
