About the Role
As a Mental Health Professional, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team contributing to the clinical care of patients in the mental health unit. You will work closely with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other clinicians to provide high-quality patient-centered care.

Your Responsibilities
1. Contribute to all aspects of clinical care, working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
2. Lead or supervise documentation of patient details, including admission history, examination results, and care plans.
3. Ensure that initial assessments are completed promptly for newly admitted patients.
4. Craft comprehensive Treatment, Support, and Discharge (TSD) plans for every client.
5. Supervise junior clinicians and take responsibility for patients' physical health issues.
6. Counsel patients and family members regarding clinical findings and care plans.
Requirements
* Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant medical board.
* At least 2 years' experience in a clinical setting.
* A genuine interest in mental health and ability to support patient care under senior clinician guidance.
