About Your New Role
You'll be responsible for the accurate recording of newly installed and disconnected water meter details, ensuring developers' contributions are correctly captured. You'll also provide essential support to customers with enquiries about water meters and billing, and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our water metering processes.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Accurately input and manage daily water meter data in the Grange billing system.
* Respond to customer enquiries regarding water billing agreements, meter issues, account validations, and explanations.
* Investigate and resolve meter concerns, ensuring billing accuracy and correct meter connections.
* Assist with technical enquiries related to standard sewer and water connections for Accredited Contractors.
* Interpret development application conditions for standard connections, Solid Waste, and Plan Sealing.
* Support auditing of sub-meters and contribute to system improvements and testing.
We're Looking For People Who Have
* Certificate IV Business or equivalent knowledge.
* Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services or equivalent knowledge.
* Drivers Licence Class C unrestricted.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
* Team player with flexibility to support various operational needs.
