The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dealership's service reception desk, greeting and assisting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Manage the dealership's service desk
Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's appointment calendar
Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Key Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
