Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to end-users for their laptop, desktop, mobile, tablet, and BYO devices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues swiftly, identifying root causes related to end-user devices.
* Deliver hands-on and remote assistance via telephone or remote access tools.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and professionalism at all times.
