Job Description
Chapel Hill State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join the developing leadership team at our friendly and values-driven OSHC service.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity where you will work 34 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including non-contact admin time :
* 6:30-8:45am (Rise then Shine)
* 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
About the Role
* You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
* You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
* With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
