**What's the role?**
- Engage with key project stakeholders and ensure that they are aligned with the overall direction of the DNA's implementation activities and timeline
- Drive and output weekly status report across all three groups
- Identify and help manage risks to the initiative. Coordinating activity across NCA as required
- Assist in UAT (user acceptance testing) on content delivery platforms
- Assist in reviewing curriculum content pre, during, and post publication
- Contribute to DNA roadmap, RAID logs, overview documentation, deliverables tracker and leave calendars across all teams.
- Identify up-and-coming issues and opportunities that need to be addressed
- Assist in data reporting and analysis
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
- Leave rostering
- IT requirement identification, ordering and delivery
- Logistics and management of any major new projects
- Producing presentations for various forums
- Drive collaboration among staff in the Digital Media Hub by organising and planning itineraries across divisions
- Support onboarding of new staff including training, set up and ongoing tools required for various roles
- Ensure all project adherence to the project governance framework
- Assist in managing internal & external stakeholders
**Who you are**
- At least five years experience as a working journalist, with multi-media skills
- Excellent understanding and experience in social media channels
- Mid-level expertise in analytics platforms
- High-level expertise in all Google suite apps
- Highly organised, with some understanding of project management principles
- Strong influencer who drives action
- A creative soul with an eye for design and a flair for content production
