What you'll be doing:
* Shape success and set the tone at Yo-Chi Mandurah.
* Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Manage day-to-day operations including labour, P&L, and cost controls.
* Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
* Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing, engaged team.
* Champion a positive, inclusive, and values-led culture.
* Build strong connections with the Mandurah community.
