About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**:
The successful candidate will lead organisational change management initiatives, driving strategic alignment and employee adoption. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and reviewing organisational change management strategies and associated plans to enable effective implementation.
2. Consulting with senior management stakeholders to identify and define changes to processes, procedures, and practices needed to achieve change and deliver planned benefits.
3. Identifying potential risks and issues, and developing innovative strategies and solutions to support employee-focused change management.
4. Creating collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements, and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess organisational readiness for change.
5. Developing project artefacts that support change management activities, such as communications and learning reference materials.
6. Measuring effectiveness of change initiatives through performance intelligence, including benchmarking data that informs future directions.
7. Participating in project and working groups to ensure stakeholder interests are represented while integrating change methodology and strategy.
8. Contributing to the development of an organisational change management capability, including supporting the maintenance of the OCM Framework, methods, and tools.
