Key Responsibilities
The role involves providing support to the store senior leadership team and acting as a continual support to a designated department, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This includes setting an example of best service and supporting the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coaching the team on right service behaviours, assisting with inducting and training the team, ensuring merchandising standards fit with business requirements and coordinating stock.
