About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Manjimup. This full-time position will support multiple areas of our operation and plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, well suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support as part of a growing company, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage office communications, including phone enquiries, correspondence, newsletters, and basic social media activity.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and functions as required.
* Maintain accurate records, data entry, filing, scanning, archiving, and document control across company systems.
* Support onboarding processes for employees, contractors, growers, and customers, including inductions and compliance checks.
* Assist with payroll administration, labour hire coordination, timesheet tracking, and employment documentation under guidance.
* Oversee office supplies, stocktakes, ordering, and inventory control for office, packaging, and operational consumables.
* Ensure office presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
* Provide general operational and administrative support as directed by management.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
* Strong phone skills and professional etiquette.
* Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
* Willingness to take on varied tasks to support smooth office operations.

Working Hours:

Seasonal operation with varying hours.

Off-season: 7am - 3pm

On-season: 6am - finish times vary

Monday - Friday
