Key Responsibilities
* Lead Education and Training Programs: Develop, coordinate, and deliver mental health education and training programs to support contemporary recovery-orientated mental health care.
* Support Mental Health Clinical Education Team: Oversee and support the Mental Health Clinical Education team to ensure high standards of practice and professional development.
* Develop Evidence-Based Training Plans: Create and implement evidence-based training plans aligned with workforce capability needs and reform priorities.
* Provide High-Level Clinical Consultation: Offer advanced clinical consultation and advice to support service delivery and improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Post graduate qualifications in mental health nursing, with a Master's in Nursing or Education (or working towards).
* Demonstrated 5 years' experience in mental health nursing with advanced clinical expertise.
* Strong experience in delivering education and training, with knowledge of program development and evaluation.
