Front Office Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage day-to-day front office operations
* Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
* Supervise front office staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
* Collaborate with other departments to maintain operational standards
* Maintain accurate trust accounting processes in line with legislative requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
* Monitor and maintain the hotel's appearance and cleanliness in public areas
About You:
* Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a supervisory capacity
* Familiarity with RMS (Property Management System) is preferred
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
