IT Support Technician
Client is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional IT support services at healthcare sites for our clients. This role involves delivering technical assistance through various engagement methods, including walk-up, hands-on, and remote support. The technician will be stationed at a primary site but may also oversee additional locations. The position demands comprehensive expertise in IT infrastructure, end-user technologies, and site environments, along with strong customer relationship and organizational skills
What you will Do?
* Serve as the focal point for customer interaction and support for local IT issues
* Provide skilled troubleshooting for open IT issues at a designated walk-up support location
* Deliver onsite hands and eyes support for incidents impacting network, compute, storage, and other services
* Offer remote support to users via telephone, Teams, LogMeIn, or other approved tools
* Manage onsite inventory of PCs and mobile devices, including secure storage and logistics
Your Skills
* Proficient in analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and end-user technologies
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and technical teams
* Ability to maintain and update site information and knowledge databases
* Experience in coordinating with various IT teams and service providers
