Location: Immanuel Gardens Aged Care, Buderim - QLD
Full Time Position - Mon to Fri
Remuneration: $28.11 – $29.67 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts & benefits

Key responsibilities include:
* General maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common areas
* Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and external cleaning
* Undertaking administrative tasks related to maintenance operations.
* Managing external contractors and minor building projects
* Using equipment and materials safely and responsibly
* Your work will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
About You:
* Experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping within an aged care setting or a similar environment.
* Ability to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedules
* Valid Police Check and Queensland Driver's Licence
