About the Role
* As a Technician, you will report to the Workshop Controller and:
* Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to ensure smooth operations.
* Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
* Utilise diagnostic tools to pinpoint faults and complete tasks thoroughly.
* Demonstrate your expertise by consistently repairing vehicles correctly on the first attempt.
* Assist the service advisor during busy times to help enhance the customer experience.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a similar dealership role and is ready to start immediately.
* Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Possesses a valid full driving license.
* If you're involved in Service Advising, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential to delight our customers.
