This role is ideal for someone with strong carpentry and site management skills who can lead by example, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting team members to achieve excellent results. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects run smoothly. Supervise and coordinate trades, apprentices, and subcontractors. Read and interpret building plans and specifications. Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with company expectations. Maintain site safety and compliance with WHS regulations. Monitor project timelines, materials, and quality control. Liaise with clients, site managers, and the office team as required. Provide hands-on support with carpentry and construction tasks.
